He may serve his clients well for rentals but when making promises about listing he is very misleading. After a meeting with his agent, a long conversation with him and a confirmed appointment he completely ghosted me. Did not call, did not respond to my voicemail or text and when I spoke to his agent I was advised he is suddenly out of town? Very unprofessional and has now cost me a day of work, and I’m in a bind now that I canceled another agent to go with all the bells and whistles that he offered. Very surprising behavior for someone with REALTOR credentials.

We had an amazing experience working with Joe as our realtor! He was initially recommended by a colleague who also had a great experience, and now we understand why. It was clear that he genuinely had our best interests at heart. Beyond that, Joe is also extremely resourceful. When we encountered an unexpected issue with our mortgage company, he quickly connected us with another fantastic mortgage officer, helping us secure our loan in just two weeks—a situation that seemed nearly impossible. His guidance and support throughout the entire process were invaluable. On top of all that, Joe’s generosity and expertise saved us even more than we expected. We truly can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done. If you’re looking for a top-notch real estate agent, we highly recommend Joe!

Joe was amazing! He was so on top of things! When we had questions, he was extremely quick to respond. When we were not having as many showings as we expected, he gave us tips about what to do; such as - better pictures, open houses, price drop etc. If I had another property to sell, I would definitely contact Joe! Joe is a great agent and a very insightful friend that helped us all the way from the beginning to the settlement. We recently purchased a house through Joe. He made the whole process very smooth and straightforward. We had a hiccup with our loan process with our previous lender three weeks before the settlement date. We thought we were going to lose the house, Joe recommended us a friend and we were able to secure the loan and the house with a very tight deadline. Highly recommended, looking forward for future business.
