Joe is a great agent and a very insightful friend that helped us all the way from the beginning to the settlement. We recently purchased a house through Joe. He made the whole process very smooth and straightforward. We had a hiccup with our loan process with our previous lender three weeks before the settlement date. We thought we were going to lose the house, Joe recommended us a friend and we were able to secure the loan and the house with a very tight deadline. I've first worked with Joe in buying my first home. I knew very little about the process, but I had an idea of what I wanted and how much I could afford. I contacted Joe at Hawkins Realty in hopes of him agreeing to be a property manager for my rental. I learned that Hawkins Realty could also help me find a new tenant as well as coordinate repairs and improvements.
